- Buried in an isolated grave close to a dressing station and south of Smith Road, 3 1/4 miles due east of Ypres BEL. This grave was never re-located following the war, so his service and sacrifice is remembered on Panel 23 at the Menin Gate Memorial to the Missing, Ypres, West Flanders, BEL. He is also remembered on the family headstone in the Colac Cemetery, Colac VIC. Lest We Forget.
