18584	West Wimmera Mail, 25 Feb 1916 Fall Into A Barrel, Two Ribs Broken Mr J.G. NITSCHKE was standing on a barrel, which was resting on a table, fixing up the afternoon tea pavilion for the Rose Fair at Noradjuha on Saturday. The lid of the barrel gave way and Mr NITSCHKE fell to the ground firmly wedged in the barrel, with the painful result that he sustained two fractured ribs and other injuries. It was some time before those who went to his assistance could disentangle him from the barrel. he was taken per motor car to Dr BIRD's surgery, where he received attention, and is progressing favourably towards recovery. 18585	West Wimmera Mail, 31 Mar 1911 WEDDING The marriage of the Rev. H.M.C. FOWLER with Miss WALTER, eldest daughter of Cr. A.W. WALTER, J.P. and Mrs. WALTER, of "Oakleigh Park," was celebrated in the Noradjuha Methodist church on Wednesday last, the ceremony taking place at 5 in the evening. The Rev. Charles FOWLER, (brother of the bridegroom), officiated. The bride, who was gracefully attired, was attended by Miss HEARD and Miss WALTER (Gippsland) as first and second bridesmaid respectively. The bridegroom was supported by Mr. Walter FOWLER (brother) and Mr. F. IVORY (nephew) The wedding tea, supplied by Mr. PERRING, was laid in the Mechanics Hall, and about 80 guests sat down. The Rev. Chas. FOWLER presided, and the usual toast were gone through. The bridal couple left by the express for Melbourne from Horsham yesterday morning.	Family F190
18586	Western Times May 18, 1917 --Bradworthy Another familiar figure has passed away in that of Mr. Tom Sanguins. Although it was with difficulty he could get from one place to another on his crutches (he was a complete cripple all his days) yet, during the 50 years the writer had known him, he possessed a cheerful spirit. For years he got about in his donkey cart, and so managed to live. He came into the village from Bradworthy Moor. His brother was exceedingly kind him when he lived in the village. He never wanted for a friend. The remains were laid to rest with a most impressive service by the Rev. C. G. Wheetman. 18596	Will of James Yeo, late of Port Hill, Prince Edward Island - Proved 1874 Liber 7 Folio 464 (James died on the 25th August, 1868) Estate Valued at under £16,000 In the Court of Probate of and for Prince Edward Island, 32nd Victoria A.D. 1869 In the Estate of the Honorable James Yeo late of Port Hill in the said Island, Merchant, deceased Be it known that upon search being made in the Registry of the said Court of Probate of and for the said Island it plainly appears that on the second day of September in the year of our Lord, 1868 the last Will and Testament of the said James Yeo, deceased who died at Port Hill aforesaid in the same year was proved by John Ings esquire one of the executors therein named Power being reserved to grant Letters and Testamentary thereof to the other three Exectors therein named or any of them. When requires and which were subsequently granted to Captain William Richards and James Yeo Esquire two of the other executors therein named to wit on the 18th day of September last past and on the 23rd day of December last past respectively and which said Probate now remains of ... in the said Registry of the time... In trust for the sole and personal use benefit and disposal of my daughter, Caroline Alice Horkin, wife of Daniel Horkin so that the said annuity may be entirely free from and beyond the reach or control of her said husband and of any future husband and not subject or liable to the payment of any of his debts or engagements and the receipt or receipts..writing of my said daughter, Caroline Alice alone shall be a good and sufficient discharge of the said trustees or the survivor of them or their heirs, executors and administrators of such survivor for all or any payments made by them or any of them on account of such annuity as aforesaid and I hereby charge my estate situate on lot or township Number 13 in the said Island with the payment of the said annuity and after the decease of my said daughter Caroline Alice my will is that the said annuity or yearly sum of £100 to be equally divided among all her brothers and sisters.
